10
stations
31
terminals

1. Design, manufacture and installation of 31 automatic ticket terminals (TT) and topping up new generation transport cards V.20.

New type TT sells tokens and allows topping up transport cards. One can purchase a token or top up a transport card using cash, as well as bank cards and NFC smartphones

2. Implementation of a centralized recording, control and monitoring system.

All terminals and automated control systems are integrated into a single logical framework known as the centralized recording, control, and monitoring system.This system enables:

  • Inventory, and revenue movement record, report generation (both for the entire Metro and locally for each hall using the appropriate automated control system);

  • Configuring the terminals and the system as a whole, accounts and access rights, reference data;

  • Monitoring the current status of terminals and AWS;

  • Centralized terminal software update.

3. Design, manufacture and installation of fare payment control turnstiles for the second hall of the Alabinskaya station - 11 passageways.

Comprehensive equipment of the second hall of the Alabinskaya station with a specialized fare payment control system.

A new Contour-MS turnstile model with extra-high 140 cm leaves was created and produced specifically for the Samara Metro. The turnstile was seamlessly integrated with the existing equipment, i.e. - the Microelectronica CVB24 transport and bank card validator used at all Samara metro stations.

The scope of equipment includes:

  • Contour-MS smart turnstiles – 15 posts, 7 passageways for entrance, 5 passageways for exit;

  • Ticket sales machine V.20 transport cards replenishment terminals – 2 pcs.;

  • Turnkey equipment of cash registers (cashier automated workstations; transport cards replenishment terminals at the cash desk; cash equipment: counters and detectors of banknotes, counters of coins and tokens, switches, furniture);

  • Laying communications, installation and commissioning of equipment.

The Samara Metro is a system of urban public rail transport in Samara. It is the fifth underground system commissioned in Russia, the second in Privolzhsky Federal District and the twelfth in the former USSR. The metro has one 12.6 km line.
