It is we due to whom the word “INFOMAT” has become an everyday used word meaning a multi-functional interactive sensor terminal or a kiosk.
When we came to this market we understood that we don’t want to compete with unified “orange pieces of iron”. And right after that we put a design, quality and engineering approach at the heart of our work.
The first big project we worked was delivery of e-queue terminals to the State Registration Chamber branches in 25 cities of the Russian Federation. In 2007 at European Bank of Reconstruction and Development International Forum the stand of Tatarstan Republic was distinguished by the infomats series v.2 provided with an exquisite appearance and a screen size 20”. Before that all sensor kiosks used to have a diagonal of 15-17” and nobody cared about their design. The Infomat of public service series v.5. 2008 is a very complicated engineering article which is patented. It was the first terminal equipped with a vertical screen, keyless access to service, photoscanning technology, a uniquely developed paper delivery system, video communication with an operator. According to the results of the competition “The best IT-project in the Public Sector 2009” the projects realized in Tatarstan were found as winners of a few nominations.
The first project in 2006 was the amusement park, then other projects. Since early 2007, the project "Bileton" started - the first ticket operator, using a system of "Lenta" in their work.
The turning point for us was the ticket-pass system project of the Kazan Central Stadium system within preparation for the matches of the Champions League 2009. Home games of FT "Rubin" with "Barcelona" and "Inter" of great interest for the viewers were conducted at completely filled stands. Unique model reader and the special design elements were developed. It was a serious test of strength for our ticket-pass system, having passed which ACS "Lenta" was praised by UEFA experts.
Then there was the Universiade 2013 - where we were responsible for the control of access of spectators and accredited persons at all 53 sites at the same time. World Sports Championship 2015 where our ticketing system let pass more than 27 000 visitors daily. And many other competitions and international events.
At the moment the system ACS "Lenta" is modified for cultural institutions and organizers of concerts, theatre and federal ticket operators, universal sports complexes and huge stadiums. System automation "Lenta" is currently the market leader in systems for professional sports clubs and it is recommended by UEFA for installation in football stadiums.
In the framework of the project “EMIAS,” the company “Infomatika” developed and produced 1800 specialized terminals of electronic queue for medical institutions of Moscow.
